@CBR_T2D @realDaveFeldman @imMagnusAndreas At the very least you should be able to slow or reverse the progression, given that tumor cells require exorbitant amounts of glucose and blood levels can go quite low while in deep ketosis

@realDaveFeldman @imMagnusAndreas So tumours will always be able to access glucose from the bloodstream. You can only cut off the glucose supply if you can cut off the blood supply.

“All of these cancers are telling us the same thing, we are fermenting. If you wanna kill us you have to take away the fermentable fuel.” (glucose and glutamine)
Thomas N. Seyfried@tnseyfried

The cancer cells have been signaling to us for decades that they're fermenting. Cut off their two fermentable fuels - glucose and glutamine - and the cancer cells will die. (Full clip: youtube.com/watch?v=KjdAta…) Link to our recent paper: tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…

I just completed an Eggs-treme experiment: eating 720 eggs in a month—averaging one egg per hour for a whole month🥚 Here's what happened: ↔️First 2 weeks: my LDL cholesterol was stable ⬇️Final 2 weeks, my LDL cholesterol DROPPED by 18% These results were possible, even predictable, given understanding of physiology - related to carbohydrates, a recently discovered hormone (cholesin), and the Lipid Energy Model - and it's application to my own metabolic context 🙉Call the concept clickbait if you’d like, but I prefer to think about it as the application of interesting physiology to provoke curiosity and make learning about metabolism more “sticky.” ⚠️Warning: do not watch this video if you dislike puns. This science and these data will certainly 'scramble' your brain

Society has gotten soft, fat and lazy! Drugs, even if they help in the short term, are not the solution and in fact will only contribute to making the overall problem worse! The right food is medicine The wrong food is a drug

@JagexAsh The reason I asked is because I noticed a very subtle difference in behavior from an attempt to attack without ammo causing p_stopaction, versus performing an emote.

@eep_cabbage P.S. I'm aware that that other one is pretty much the opposite of the behaviour you described, but you've already got p_stopaction() covered, and I don't recall another one that'd do this sort of thing.

@TheCrazy0neTv It usually denotes "version of command with extra arguments". However, we have two types of NPC timer. A basic one exists for each NPC type, but doesn't support arguments. The other, set by npc_settimer*(), can be scripted and applied to any NPC (and it supports arguments).

@JagexAsh Is the purpose of the * in a commands name to be able to pass an extra set of arguments to it? I've noticed weakqueue*(queue, time)(more args) and npc_settimer*, but the npc_settimer* didn't have an extra set of arguments.
