@eesa_1980 @MoHU_En I completely get that but just feel this whole process exploits peoples commitment for hajj. I’ve see similarities for instance with vets that charge ridiculous prices but they know people will give the money regardless. Nusuk imo isn’t fit for purpose and it’s unfair.

@kam_bimmer_work @MoHU_En That’s not a sign of unfairness, that’s just a poor website experience. Nusuk hajj is a terrible website but we just have to accept that there is simply not enough space for everyone. Some will be accepted, some won’t. Qadr Allah

@THEREALAK97 @MoHU_En Sadly, there is not enough space in Mina for everyone who can afford hajj to go. Allah has not invited some yet. That being said, I agree that the website is atrocious! MOHU should feel ashamed that they gave this experience to people on last day of Ramadhan just b4 Eid

@MoHU_En The website itself isn’t great. People who were waiting for hours were unsuccessful due to technical errors. It feels like more of a lottery system than a fair process, please find ways to improve the site thank you.
