Bengal saw massive Hindu consolidation, thus proving the Muslim belief that no one can come to power in Bengal without their support to be wrong. Bengal had reached the tipping point. Instead of trying to turn the tide of public anger, they should have been a part of the tide. They miscalculated.

Now that Bengal results are here, hearing of several cases of intimidation, subtle and not so subtle. We know where your daughter studies, children's school timings etc. Whatever the Opposition might say, ECI's poll arrangements gave ordinary people the courage to rise up in revolt. The result is there for all to see. People are blessing the ECI.
