Well, residency @Dal_Psychiatry has come to an end! It’s been a fun 5+ years, but I am confident in saying I’m happy to be done :)

Big Birthday

We still don’t have great uptake @DalAnesthesia of the Clinical Frailty Scale which seems crazy to me given it’s ease of scoring, broad uptake elsewhere, evidence base, and that it originated here @Krockdoc I even tried to include it in a recent trial but nobody is scoring it!

I rapid-rested my 9 year old before school today (negative). He’s the only member of my household who can’t be vaccinated. I’m hoping for continued access to this way of keeping others safe and reducing risk of disruption of his education and activities @nsgov.
