First of all, nobody chooses to be gay. The only way to prove that being gay is a choice is to choose to be gay as a straight person. Since I can't do that, it's obviously not a choice, and you can prove me wrong by becoming gay for the next 6 months. Don't forget, you can always repent like you do after committing the other 74 billion 'sins' you commit, so you have nothing to worry about. The only reason you don't *like gay* is because you just happened to not be gay. You could have as well found yourself in this world as a gay person. It's not based on the merit of your hard work; you're not special, you're not better, you're not a more upstanding citizen or righteous saint, you just happened to not be gay, and despite what you'd like to believe, homosexuality is a natural disposition. Common-sense reasoning demonstrates how irrational homophobia is, especially for these pretentious Nigerians filled with blind hatred. These are the same people who have access to unlimited info but choose to say the dumbest, most ignorant stuff online about every possible topic. Unlike being gay, being retarded is actually a choice. "God said this, the law said that," God never said anything as far as I'm concerned, the person who wrote whatever you're reading said God said it, and it's bigots like you and him who also made those laws you keep referencing. The average Nigerian is homophobic, so what 'law' do you expect those kinds of people to make? Something being a law doesn't automatically make it okay. Slavery was also a law in many places. The biggest joke is that one of the sons of people who championed that law actually came out as gay a few years later😂(Bolu Okupe. His father's name was Doyin Okupe; he died last year). Your own child might turn out to be gay too. No amount of prayer and "upbringing" can change that. In the same way no amount of "upbringing" can change someone's natural talent. You're free to kpai him (or her) and go to prison for the rest of your life. In my opinion, our laws (and any laws anywhere) should be focused on protecting the lives of citizens and ensuring justice and fairness for all. Any law that is influenced solely by religious sentiment should be a no-no. I can also start my own religion tomorrow and say God said this and that, and if I'm able to proselytize enough people, we can also change the laws based on that. Let any god who has a problem with the gay people he created open his mouth and say so. And it's not like you actually care about what he supposedly said anyway. You ignore the ones you want and use the ones you like to justify your blind hatred, and that's the opposite of what he, at least Jesus, said. The irony. You don't have to 'agree' with them, for whatever reason, but that doesn't give you any right to harass, discriminate, batter, or humiliate anyone and post them online thinking you're funny or something. Imagine referencing what "the law said" while breaking the law, filming yourself breaking the law, and posting it online. Confused human being. I don't know how two consenting adults choosing to do whatever with themselves is your business in the first place. Even if being gay was actually a mental illness like some of you say (it's not, it's just a sexual orientation, not a pathology nor a crime), if your solution to dealing with mental illness is to batter and harass the person, then you're worse than a madman, and you're the one who actually needs to be treated. Future generations will not be as ignorant as you, and your children will be ashamed of you when they find out how ignorant and retarded their daddy was in his youth. Basic decency and respect for human dignity are the least anyone can expect from supposedly educated people, but that's one of the major things lacking in this part of the world. If you don't understand something, the least you can do is a little bit of research with all the tools at your disposal - like the phone in your hand. Instead, these people will spin whatever ignorant lie they can muster up, like equating it to pedophilia, which is a completely different thing that happens more on the *straight* side (grown man X underage girl) and should obviously be criminalized since children are too young to consent to sexual activity unlike two gay adults, and continue spewing their ignorance and dogma to justify their blind hatred, even though they've done zero studies or research on the topic. What was the point of your education if that's how you approach things? Is that how you went about your research for your final year project? Since you're so concerned about what "God said," why haven't you stopped sinning? You mfs break 80 laws and commit 600 sins per week, but become righteous upstanding citizens the moment they see gay people. You're all just a bunch of despicable hypocrites. Go to hell with your stupidity. Na God save many of una say I no be gay, I for don turn serial killer dey kpai many of you useless hypocritical mfs wey wan deny my existence like say na you come holy pass or something😂ewu.
