As soon as I write down my three most important objectives for the day, I achieve more. I focus on those three first but, almost magically, other high leverage things get done too. I strongly encourage you to write down your top 3 daily objectives.

Never assume “signed-off” means “understood.” Decision-makers often do not have the time/energy to read everything in-depth. So always make sure. Bonus: Add summaries to help them understand the important basics.

Your resume makes an impact for how it looks as much as for what it says. Recruiters are humans and they are swayed by good design and clear layouts. If you are not a design-thinker, ask someone to review and improve the layout of your resume.
