@Nat_Dlokov @linda_mot @louis_516_ You have clearly not dealt with tenants . Tenants will stay the entire year with water and electricity off demanding a court order to leave , and when you get the order they will ask for more time and they will be granted more time

@effortlessJes @linda_mot @louis_516_ There’s no law that permits that, the law is only difficult when you want to kick them out through the law. Exprd landlrds use methods that force them to move out. Most tenants don have energy to fight you through courts so they move out when you kick them out after 1st month.

@linda_mot @louis_516_ Where do yall live where tenants skip rent? Im usually understanding when a tenant has a situation but they know they have until mid month to pay, then pay again month end. The biggest general problem with property, besides location, is slow returns, otherwise it’s solid.
