@EFtours It’s impossible to get ahold of a person (and I think our EF tour rep was fired for being nonresponsive) - daughter leaving on March 28th DC-Lima but on a ridiculous outbound flights that could be streamlined. The trip was $4.7K this should be fixed…

@EFtours Cancelled a trip for a student 3.5 weeks ago & was just told refund takes 6 weeks! ridiculous that I’m not only charged 785.00 to cancel at 157 days before the trip but to get my money back is that long!! You had no problem taking from same account every month to pay!

Paid $1,589 to @EFTours for my daughter’s school trip that the school later canceled. EF is trying to keep $785 even though NO services were provided — including a payment they took after the cancellation. This is predatory and families deserve better. #consumers #travel

@EFtours takes people's money. The person talked us on the trip and said can cancel anytime, with no charge if something happened. Not paid in full, and company charged me a 584 cancel fee. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
