GM Fam, so I've been thinking and wanted to discuss why New Developers Quit at the early stage. There are so many factors of which I'll be discussing a few in the comments 👇🏼👇🏼. Feel free to discuss your thoughts also

Lastly, no clear direction of set goals what you want to achieve. Before you start learning any language, set a goal you want to achieve and focus on it before jumping into another area in tech. It will only lead to confusion and not progress.

Thirdly, watching more of tutorials without actually building. Many newbies tend to build of the tutorials they watch instead of building from their ideas most of the time. Building something unique from your idea makes you more of an actual problem solver and a critical thinker.

Secondly, unnecessary and unhealthy competitions to other people in your field.Never compare yourself with anybody.Instead, learn at your pace,compare yourself with your previous self and acknowledge your progress rather than comparing your chapter 1 to another persons chapter 5.

The first is thinking of being job ready when you've barely started off, because of the way you see other developers landing jobs daily. Instead of looking at the time factor of getting a job, build and practice more and just maybe you'll get the job you want.
