@AmericanAir Family traveling with a child with a #disability to Pensacola FL spent 17 hours laid over leading to an overnight in terminal with a blanket rebooking and *no* offer of accommodations. Think about people with #disabilities and #family needs. Shameful @AmericanAir!

17th hour of what was supposed to be a 4 hour trip. @AmericanAir had us circling for hours, missed connecting flight then booked us (w/o consent) 24 hours later. No support or kindness traveling w 11 year old with Down syndrome registered with airline as person w disability.
