I watched a woman break down in regret, and it cut deep. Years ago, a Christian man proposed to her. He told her she didn’t have to grind herself into the ground. She could build a home. Raise children. Be covered. Be protected. Be cherished. She was offended. Feminism told her that offer was an insult… that dependence was weakness… that partnership was oppression. She chose the lie. Years later, the tears came. Not tears of anger… tears of realization. She had everything feminism promised and nothing it could sustain. No family legacy. No peace. No covering. Just exhaustion, resentment, and the haunting knowledge that the door she slammed shut never reopened. This is what liberal feminism never shows women. It can’t love you. It can’t protect you. It can’t age with you. It can’t hold you when reality finally speaks. It teaches women to despise the very men willing to sacrifice for them… then leaves them alone to explain why fulfillment never arrived. As a pastor, I’ve seen this story repeat itself over and over. Feminism doesn’t free women… it isolates them. It trades covenant for applause, legacy for ego, and then disappears when the bill comes due. God’s design wasn’t oppression. It was provision. And too many women were lied to before they were old enough to see the cost. That regret I saw wasn’t political. It was spiritual. And it was devastating. #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

@AlBuffalo2nite Feminism does not equal hating men. For many it means being educated and employed. It means being competent and that we can support ourselves and our children. Therefore, my husband can say with confidence that I am with him because I choose to be not because of necessity.

@morethanadream4 In an ideal world, athletes wouldn’t compete sick, but it’s the norm. Even minis compete with puke bucket on standby 🤷‍♀️

@eglawrence77 I understand competing sick, we’ve all done it. What I’m saying is, if he CAN’T compete sick SAFELY, he shouldn’t be doing it. Which he has proven he cannot (if he’s even sick)

Ok cheer twt…Please show some grace to Parker. You can’t look at one video and know everything that’s going on. Maybe he was sick that day, or had a injury..who knows? He was under Summer all last season, and the stunt came down at ONE comp with both of them tired from tumbling

@morethanadream4 Be that as it may, having had a child on that team, I can assure you that if it was a virtual comp, they would be competing while sick or injured. Last year Summer did showcase with both flu and strep at the same time, with a fever of 103. So I stand by my statement..

@eglawrence77 Ma’am, did you watch the video? He blatantly didn’t even attempt to catch his flyer and let every mistake affect him. If he’s sick or injured, he shouldn’t be in the routine until he can SAFELY participate.

@APPLEPOlSON I hear you, and agree that lack of effort would be concerning. I would contend that being sick could make someone slow to respond, and that could look like lack of effort. I think without really knowing all the particulars, people have had a lot to say about a 16 year old kid.

@eglawrence77 My concern is lack of effort. It’s not about the stunts coming down or omission passes, it’s that he was not trying while stunting and that can lead to the injury of another. Pushing through sickness usually means someone putting in more effort because they have less energy

For those that are asking, Summer saw Orthopedic today. Her diagnosis is patellar dislocation..ie her kneecap popped out of position when she landed. There is no surgery needed. She will do 8 weeks of PT for full recovery.

@sharkiediamonds Thank you. She twisted her knee on the landing. It is swelling and she will be out for the weekend.

Summer enjoyed being with Red Angels this weekend. Such a kind and inclusive group of girls and parents-truly special! Coach Dee-you are absolutely one of the best! So glad you thought of Summer to pinch hit as your tumbler this weekend. It did my heart good to see her have fun!

So I get to watch Summer’s school team at UCA camp tomorrow! Proud of her for doing a lot of new things.. First, she’s a backspot! And she made All-American, which consisted of a jump, a cheer with motions, and a dance…none of which she did much of in all-star. Proud of her!
