🚁 Advancing eVTOL Commercialization in Thailand – EHang Engages Top Government Leaders On March 19 in Bangkok, EHang’s management team, led by Founder, Chairman & CEO Huazhi Hu, held high-level talks with senior Thai officials, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn; Deputy Permanent Secretary Mr. Punya Chupanit; OTP Director-General Mr. Jiraroth Sukolrat; CAAT Director General Air Chief Marshal Manat Chavanaprayoon; and CAAT Deputy Director General Mr. Kajonpat Maklin. Discussions focused on leveraging EHang’s pilotless eVTOL to build a new three-dimensional transportation system in Thailand—alleviating congestion, enhancing emergency response, and enabling low-altitude connectivity. Following the meeting, EHang signed an MOU with Bangkok Land, Aerial Sea Thailand, and China Harbour Engineering(Thailand) to develop Urban Air Mobility (UAM) solutions spanning passenger transport, logistics, emergency response, and medical rescue. EHang Hits Historic Milestone: Record‑Breaking 20,000+ Aircraft Soar at China’s “Super Bowl” In January 2026, at the Transformative Vertical Flight (TVF) Conference in Silicon Valley, EHang COO Mr. Zhao Wang shared the commitment to “launching a massive formation of 20,000+ aircraft, driving the growth of the global AAM industry through long-term innovation”. In less than one month, on February 17, 2026, EHang successfully achieved this goal at the CMG Spring Festival Gala—known as China’s “Super Bowl.”During the Hefei segment, 16 EH216-S human-carrying pilotless aerial vehicles flew in formation alongside 22,580 GD4.0 drones, setting a new world record for the most drones airborne simultaneously controlled by a single computer. As noted by Zhao Wang, this record does not represent EHang’s technical limit.
