@CreativeMarket Since Dec 2023, my payout issue still hasn't been resolved. I've sent over 50 emails, and been contacted by 4 different support reps, but no follow-up or solution. I'm a Creative Market author since 2014 this level of support is unacceptable. Please address this!

Dear @CreativeMarket, I’ve been unable to update my tax info since Dec 2023. Despite contacting support months ago, the issue remains unresolved and I'm being ignored. As a long-time contributor, this is unacceptable.

@yoyaoh Seems like it's time to give your privacy policy a little TLC! Add some clear rules and spice up the terms of your refund policy. Lay out when refunds can be requested, how long they have to do it, and any proof they need to show they're not satisfied with the course.

Course Creators - What would you do in this case? Student purchases the course and within 24 hrs asks for a refund (there's a no refund policy). I can see they've gone through all the lessons, including the 5+ hr and 3 hr videos. People have stolen course materials, so the behavior reeks of someone screen recording the videos. Would you refund them still? Oh, and the 'first name' on the transaction was one letter and vague-ish last name. Custom domain email, no site, and whois is vague.
