Born in February 1671, Rob Roy was baptised on 7th March at Loch Katrine in the Trossachs. A legend in his own lifetime, this Wild MacGregor got the nickname Roy because of his red hair.

Today is Alexander Graham Bell day. Edinburgh born, the inventor of the telephone was granted a patent for “transmitting vocal or other sounds telegraphically” on March 7 1876. Even more impressively, he has a Wetherspoon's pub named after him on George Street, Edinburgh!

A new version of a traditional tartan, but can you tell us what the tartan is?

Have you got a jacket and waistcoat that you want to give a new lease of life to? New lining? Pocket trim in tartan? New buttons? What would you have done?

A lace coloured lace gives a subtle nod to the colour within your tartan or jacket, we have access to a vast selection of colours to give your brogues personality.

When it comes to jacket customisation we love going the extra mile to add subtle touches to complement either your tartan or fabric choice. Velvet collars are a popular option to add a flash of colour to the upper part of your outfit. What colour would you choose?

To make sure we continue the look of your sporran throughout your outfit we can also have your own sporran chains and kilt straps cut from the same leather to really complete the look. What colour would you choose?
