Lite dinner from the farm. Lamb chops seared in tallow then brazed in beef broth in a La Cocotte Dutch oven. Jacobsen (led free) salt flakes for texture. Cutting board as a plate. Looks better for Twitter ;) but also makes the dining experience a little more special.
