@sproutishealing im not too sure because at the end of the day it is a natural thing our bodies do, for it to remain stopped is unnatural and basically is your reproductive system shutting down which can come with health consequences :( maybe look into the contraceptive pill? that helped me with

@cosmoss_coco @bloodyb0nes2 hi some ACTUAL factual evidence coming from a medical student no one is healthy at bmi 13 and that just proves u have not got the recovered mindset u claim to have. u are at great risk of all kinds of health complications, thanks.
English

@bloodyb0nes2 @cosmoss_coco because this is not a recovered body, i bet ur stunning
English

@cosmoss_coco to label this as being recovered is quite harmful, from ur other posts ur still actively trying to not gain weight which is the complete opposite. all progress is valid, and i hope one day ur able to realise gaining weight when ur so dangerously low is okay
English

@imaistrying I was in the same boat but my doctor said if I’m getting my period + experiencing no symptoms and at a healthy weight that’s where my set point is!
English

@stellacoraa i 100% get how u feel , when i first started my meal plan i HATED it because i lost all control over my food choices but going all in will eventually give u the freedom to not follow it so rigorously ! now im nearing the end of it + am able to make my own stuff
English

@imaistrying now i dont even crave sweet stuff or get extreme hunger , its hard but you just need to honor it , I promise u aren’t developing an addiction
English

@imaistrying early on in my recovery i felt like this and literally all i could think about was sweets , trust me it’s just extreme hunger from where u have restricted that food group and now ur body is trying to get used to not fearing to lose it again !
English

@imaistrying yes mine does!!! i found it strange at first but its lowkey nice ill have something cold at lunch like a yogurt or icecream then something warm like apple pie + custard at dinner
English

@silly_cherub thank you ml I’m definitely gonna start working on it !
English

@eisradiary I totally get that feeling but the thing is we have to learn to not be defined by the disorder and our past struggles but instead by other parts of our life. It doesn’t mean your struggle and journey don’t matter but try to focus on other parts of yourself
English

@kateglorbss it’s such an easy thing to fall into but it’s also so harmful for new people in recovery who aren’t sure on what they should ideally be eating , ill forever advocate that it’s okay to eat ‘unhealthy’ foods and that they are important
English

@eisradiary ana is very much a form of perfectionism unfortunately, a lot of these people think theyre recovering when rly theyre just switching to ortho
English

@HSpice06 protein is 100% efficient in recovery and that’s why in meal plans lunch and dinner will have to include at least 1 or even 2 protein options i agree with you totally
English

@HSpice06 and that’s perfectly okay i wasn’t trying to demonize protein snacks !!! this tweet was more so for the people who still actively restrict themselves from non protein snacks to say it’s okay and advised that we should be having at least one “ fun “ food everyday in recovery !
