Reporter asked Bret what he was asking the refs before halftime: “How are we supposed to catch the ball if they’re allowed to defend like that?” He’s got a point — this, and the play before it, both could have been called. Illinois ended up settling for a field goal.

I am proud of Joey! He has been through so much! He has put in many hours, sleepless nights, overnight clinicals, etc. To get through all of the challenges and to pass the finish line! I love you and can't express my gratitude for you, as my son, and as a college graduate!

Back at the start of my coaching. This was my first coaching position at Highland as the Bantum B team head coach. This was 15 years ago! Braylon Parker (Weber) who I trained for 2 years, is playing at Weber State University now.
