Giving today my last talk on the 12 steps to transform your agile organization at Scrum Summit. It was great fun to deliver it all around the world. It started with a fun approach in Da Nang where I talked about Agile Animal Farm. Then Montreal asked me to present and so on.

I hear lots of panicked questions about what to do if you're done with the work before the end of Sprint or if you have work still to do. Ppl say they have to estimate better. NO! Just dump the Sprints. Work on one _small_ thing at a time as a whole team. There. Problem solved.

Read this thread twice. Don’t understand 90% of it. Perhaps it is because of the limits of my vocabulary —or is it just pure jargon monoxide? I had five or six ideas about what unlimited interactivity could mean. My first thought was, being introverted, it sounds awful.

I have thank by bank #ubs today. They blocked my Apple Pay and Visa due to a clever hack via SMS from the Swiss Post. I am not a newbie on that and the bank checked my transactions from Macedonia???
