@basedbinkie I like to use a chair as an example. A person can make one with skill, but a master craftsman will do it much better. It serves the same purpose. Or even shaping a tree to make the chair. That's how I imagine the magic.

Something I noticed in fantasy Elves: "I have spent a thousand years learning magic, behold the power of my fireball" Humans: "I picked up this book and read it for like a few days and now I can cast big fireballs!" Are elves stupid??

@TheMikeBalles El arte es bastante evocador a películas de terror clásico. Más cercano al arte del módulo original que a la más nueva reimaginación. Preferiría una caja de ravenloft pero la verdad es que se ven bien.

The art is amazing, the update is pretty aligned with the theme and tone of Ravenloft. Love the season structure and support for retail, but also, as a product on its own, this book is laid out in a particular way channeling the theme of the season. New dread domain sounds great and eldritch, while the ones of old are revisited and explored in relation to 2024 standards.
