@RealityCreation My grandmother was in a semi-coma and wasn’t responding to anyone. The family believed it's her final days, so they kept playing the Qur’an for her. One day, I played her favorite song.
She started moving, even clapping. She responded to joy that was alive in her memory and heart

Low and High Expectations effect on performance
Low expectations lead to low performance. High expectations lead to high performance.
This is why a doctor should be careful with stuff like "he's declining so rapidly, he'll die within a week". It will cause the family to sit at his bedside projecting low expectations which reduce his chances of recovery. If the doctor is pessimistic and doesn't wish to give false hope he could say "I'm sorry, but I'm not sure. He needs a whole lot more care, we'll have to wait and see". It's not up to the doctor to declare death before the fact.
Sometimes it's necessary to remove yourself from others low expectations of you. Some employees switch companies and suddenly perform much better because their new boss and colleagues have no memories of their past poor performance.
Modern psychology has a word for this called "The Golem Effect" (look it up), which is defined as "a psychological phenomenon where low expectations from a supervisor or self lead to reduced performance".
The political tool called "Affirmative Action", where "people of color" are given career and education advantages is destructive because it projects low expectations on people based on skin-color. Implemented under the guise of anti-racism or balancing out past grievances, it's really just another form of racism but with lipstick on. In their heart, nobody wants to gain advantage based on skin color, but on their own merit. One of many negative consequences was that any "person of color" with a job was suspected of having gained their position not on merit but as a handout. Can you imagine the damage done through this thought alone? While racism, tribalism and group-think are real issues in society, "affirmative action" is not the right way to address these problems, quite the contrary.
One could argue that putting high expectations on people puts them under pressure. There is a fine line between positive expectation and pressure, only solved by nuance:
Don't project expectations you sense the person isn't cut out for. It depends on WHO you are talking to. There was an 80 year old who wanted to get young again. I didn't say "Yes, absolutely! Let's make you a teenager!"
Certain biological pre-sets and his own rigid belief-system didn't allow for it.
So I said "I can help you stay healthy and lead a meaningful life to old age, but I'm not offering a fountain of youth". He declined my help, insisting on the fountain of youth. Had he read my book "The Upscaling Method" he'd know why I recommended he learn to walk before he learns to run.
I read the story of a doctor who was treating a man in rapid decline from "terminal" cancer. But this doctor was experimental. He said to the family "It doesn't look good right now, but his body is recovering. He'll be up and out of bed within weeks. He will survive!". The whole family audibly rejoiced, a wave of relief and optimism swept through the house.
Didn't I just speak against this type of unrealistic prognosis?
Sure. But I also said it depends on WHO you are dealing with. The doctor must have sensed that the family and patient are open to it. The man miraculously recovered within a week. The wave of positive-belief had wiped the mans body clean!
It's a real art and skill to know when to project positive expectation or when to tone it down a little. To hit the sweet spot, neither too high nor too low. To find words that RESONATE positively. If the family and the afflicted person RESONATE, then they can VIBRATE at that frequency. A healer therefore, needs to PICK UP ON what is already there. If there is just a tiny spark of hope or belief within the person, the healer can say something that resonates with that and increase it.

@RealityCreation Interesting ❤️ I still feel joy when I see the balloons flying🎈🎈🎈
English

Realm of Floating Objects
Newborns and young infants react to falling objects and sudden noise with surprise, displeasure and sometimes crying. I've seen them stare at the fallen object as if they can't understand why it fell.
At around 9 months of age, babies tend to intentionally drop objects such as toys or food from a table or high chair. Then they look down in surprise to see where it went.
Objects that don't fall but float, such as helium balloons, appear to cause pleasure in most babies.
In my view this is because they came from a realm outside of our density or "without gravity", a realm of floating objects and are only just learning what life is like on Earth.

Fasting is doing without what you most want
Fasting is not only about food. It's being without what you want for some time. You release addiction to the external and strengthen inner reality.
Inner reality is the source of outer reality so "paradoxically" you strengthen your ability to manifest what you want by doing without what you want.
You could fast from food for a day or four, but you could also fast from using your phone for a few days, from entertainment, from work, from sex, from certain people or anything you really want.
Many are addicted to work, not knowing what to do without it. In it's absence, attention is directed within, to the wellspring of much better work.
The reason for your addictions to external things: they energize you.
You get used to gaining energy from "out there" instead of from it's eternal source.
You eat, you're energized. You work, you're energized. You do sports, you're energized. Doing without these things for a while will humble and temporarily de-energize you. You might think "No, this sucks!" but give it a few days and the temporary lull turns into a higher energy than before. You have re-learned to get energy from within! After 3 days of food-fasting it feels easy, you feel high. After 3-days of phone-fasting it feels easy and you lost interest in the device.
Some people initially have a hard time with all the silence. Their mind wanders. They're conditioned to constantly be doing, looking, reading, scrolling, speaking. Did you know you can fast from speaking? It's great. Sometimes I announce that I will go one week without speaking. It puts the Ego in its place and opens up higher levels of consciousness. You can fast from seeing, by using a blindfold.
If you struggle with all the silence, give your mind something to do during your fast. You could have a handwritten journal. You could do a dream journal. You could meditate. Contemplate. Pray. Do intention-manifestation exercises. Take walks. Paint. Knit. Build something. Learn to play the guitar. You can learned so many skills instead of wasting your life away on infinite scroll. 💡
Fasting is doing without what you most want. Because external "stuff" is not really what you most want. What you most want is an internal state of Bliss.

Magnetic Hands
Next time you see a mother soothingly lay hands on the head of her child, notice if she is using
the left hand or
the back or sides of the right hand
They are used more often than the right hand, especially the palms of the right hand. Similar can be observed in animals laying hands on their children.
Do you know why? No? I didn't think so. While this is an observable fact of life, "the science" tells you there's no such thing happening. Don't bother asking Google. Mothers do this intuitively, without knowing why.
Your hands radiate magnetism. Laying your hands on others has a soothing, healing effect. But the front of your right hand radiates the most strongly. It's the hand I use for healing of people. But for a baby's head it may be too much. Thus, the back, the sides or the left hand are used.
If you hold your hands like in Image 2 and move them back and forth a dozen times you should be able to feel "the field" in between them. It's measurable on a magnetometer. Air-rub clockwise and counter-clockwise. Feel it.
If you visualize forming a solid ball between the two hands, you should feel something within a few minutes. You can fill that ball with something you'd like to manifest and send it on its way with a gesture.
Laying your entire hand provides general energy, laying or pointing one finger provides focused energy. You've probably never seen a healer point at a spot in another's body, but for me it's routine procedure.
For most people hands and fingers contain an unexplored power. They haven't yet learned to use gestures, hand and finger movements to direct energy.
There's much too learn on magnetism. For example: Did you know that you sleep better if your body is lying in a position that is aligned with the Earth's magnetic field?
The best position for sleep is with your head to the North and feet to the South. My bed is always aligned this way. Head to the east is also acceptable because the East was the North prior to the great Cataclysm (OK, let's not verge off topic here, Fred).
Again, "the science" as expressed on Wikipedia and Google, will tell you there is "no evidence" that this sleep position allows for better sleep. But the proof is in trying.
Why does the right hand radiate more strongly than the left? In my view it's because the left/feminine/minus-pole is more inward and the right/masculine/plus pole is more outward. You see, the body is made in polarities of two...left hand, right hand, left eye, right eye, left leg, right leg, etc. each having specific electric or magnetic qualities, as I've said in my book "The Electromagnetic Self".
Happy Experimenting!

Scale of Acceptance/Resistance
Once you fully appreciate what-is, you can move beyond it.
Banging against the wall doesn't remove the wall, it only hurts your hands. Quit banging, accept there's a wall, then your hands can heal and you become aware of the ladder that takes you over the wall or the door that takes you through it.
Acceptance does not mean becoming passive and docile but appreciating what is at hand so that you can pivot.
The thing about mental resistance is that it focuses all attention on the barrier instead of where you wish to go.
Before pivoting to a desired reality, a good coach/healer/teacher will use humor and appreciation to help you first accept what-is.

Expand beyond what you're good at
You like to stick with what you're good at if you're living from ego/mind.
You like to expand to new skills and explorations if you're living from soul/spirit.
If you're very good at something it feels great for a while but in time you lose interest. If you keep at it beyond that point, then it's to prop up your ego or to hold on to the money it makes you, but it won't let allow the real-self grow.
Other people might also continue to see you in the old role and resist your move beyond it. But don't let others define you or tell you what you're supposed to be doing or focusing on. They don't know your heart. Because most people don't dare venture beyond what they feel safe and cozy with, they'll judge you when you venture beyond. You're not here on Earth to appease them, you're here to experience as much as you can in your short time.
If you're very good at it - quit!
I guess that's the opposite of what the world teaches you. The world teaches "If you're very good at it, keep doing that for the rest of your life".
Or, if you don't want to quit it altogether, you could at least delegate it. Have someone else do it on your behalf. That clears up time and mental space to explore and learn new, fresh, interesting skills.
It's entirely natural to lose interest in what you're good at. Your purpose here on Earth is to keep expanding, not to rest on your laurels.
