But pause for a moment and notice: your breath right now is in constant dialogue with the air around you, your cells are dancing with bacteria that we've labeled as 'not us', your very thoughts are being shaped by these words passing through your awareness. Where do we actually end? We're less individual entities and more living conversations - each moment an exchange with an infinitely complex world. The sun warming your skin isn't stopping at some imaginary boundary - it's becoming you, just as the food you eat becomes you, just as every idea you encounter subtly reshapes your neural pathways.
