Fabens ISD wants to go in a different direction and I will no longer be the Head FB, Head Wrestling, Middle School Baseball Coach, or Head Girls Flag FB Coach, it has been an honor and a privilege to be your Coach. I love all of you. To the community of Fabens, I thank you for the opportunity to serve this great community and will always value all the relationships that I made over the past 4 years. Thank you to all the local businesses who help support our programs through donations, coming to see our athletes compete, and for promoting all our events within the community. To my FB Players, I want to thank you for giving me the best you had every season. When I said there was no other team I would rather lead, I meant it. I want to also thank you boys for helping make our football program one of the best in the city. You have come a long way from where you started. Your continued success will be because of the work you have put in over the past four years. From football games, to serving your community, to helping with community service programs, to mentoring our elementary and middle school kids will go a long way to helping you all continue to grow as a football program. I love you all and I will always be your Coach. If you ever need anything I will do my best to help you. To my Girls Flag FB Players, thank you for coming out and learning how to play football. You are all so talented and very coachable. I love your dedication and fighting spirit. Thanks for your trust and your patience. If you need my help, please reach out. To my Wrestlers, thank you for believing in the process and putting in the work to become the best wrestlers for Fabens. Thank you for showing up early in the mornings to go compete. Thank you for maintaining your weight throughout the season. Thank you for giving the sport of wrestling a chance! There is no doubt in my mind that you will be successful moving forward. If you ever need anything, please feel free to reach out. I will do my best to get you the help you need. To the MS athletes, thank you for letting me be part of the team. I had a great time getting to work with you all. I am proud of all of you sticking together. Don't stop playing multiple sports, if you stay together you will be successful in HS. Keep helping make Fabens better. To the Elementary Flag FB Players, thank you for giving football life in Fabens. You will soon be in the MS and HS and get to show how much better you have become. FB is a great sport and you all have the ability to create future success. Good Luck! To the Parents, I am grateful for your trust and support over the past 4 years. You willingness to allow myself and my staff to coach and mentor your kids will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything you have done for our programs. Thank you for the food, thank you for the donations, thank you for helping us keep the boys together, and thank you for supporting us at the games and matches. To the Fabens Alumni Association, I thank you for organizing the meals for our kids, helping us fundraise for our programs, and for your unwavering support and dedication to our athletes and coaches.
