Nate and Whitney do not use social media. They ask me to post about their daughter (our granddaughter) Maggie June. During pregnancy, Maggie was diagnosed with a heart condition requiring open heart surgery. It is scheduled for Thursday, November 9th. Please pray.

Last night Connie and I got a call that our youngest son Nate died in his apartment from a probable drug overdose.Nate has been in the far country for a couple years now and we have prayed for him everyday. The Lord is kind. We trust Providence.

As I get ready to preach tomorrow I’m reminded I will stand before God and give an account for my message. I would rather stand before God and have God say to me “you preached the Bible too much” than “you preached the Bible too little.” Preach the word fellow pastors!

Titus Praise Pruitt, our precious boy, went home to be with Jesus at 12:50 AM this morning. We are heartbroken, but also joyful. Joyful about him being home in Heaven with Jesus. Joyful that he will never again experience seizures, or a wheelchair, or medicines, or crying, or pain, or surgeries or suffering. Joyful that he is finally fully healed and fully alive. Joyful that he is getting to do so many things for the very first time like walk, run, sing, and worship the King face to face. Please continue to pray for our family and especially our other kiddos as we have to learn a new normal without our Titus. We will be forever grateful for the 10 years the Lord gave us with him ❤️.

Please continue to pray for Titus. Seizures & suffering has been a daily battle for him for a decade. He is so incredibly brave, but honestly this year has been full of way more rough days for him than good days. We ask that you pray the Lord would give him comfort, & us wisdom.
