✨ Meet Evelynne Ndung'u – CEO, Free a Girl's World Network (FGWN) ✨ As the Chief Executive Officer of Free a Girl's World Network (FGWN), she leads initiatives that advance gender equality, disability inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, and inclusive economic growth across Kenya. With extensive experience in business incubation and entrepreneurship development, Evelynne has mentored startups, innovators, and aspiring entrepreneurs through accelerator programs, business bootcamps, and practical coaching in financial literacy, leadership, customer service, business model development, and digital transformation.

Meet Rose Akinyi Onditi – Founder of Roak Enterprise She is the founder of Roak Enterprise, an innovative manufacturing business dedicated to designing and fabricating export-ready water sprinklers that enhance agricultural productivity. By integrating agri-tech with locally driven innovation, Rose is developing practical irrigation solutions that help farmers improve water efficiency, increase crop yields, and embrace modern farming practices. This spotlight is part of the IYBASEED Kenya initiative, implemented by SNV in partnership with Responsible Business Consulting, Kaizen Consultancy, Nakuru Box, Eldohub, Wisehub, and with the support of GIZ, Expertise France, Enabel, and other Team Europe development partners. Together, we're co-creating dialogue spaces, amplifying role models, and driving inclusive change at the grassroots.

✨ Meet Nancy Ndegwa – Street Advocate & Founder of Realz Hand of Love CBO ✨ Nancy Ndegwa, widely known as MamaStreet, is a devoted Kenyan Street Advocate and the Founder of Realz Hand of Love CBO, an organization based in Nakuru County. Through her work, she supports the rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration of street-connected children and youths. This spotlight is part of the IYBASEED Kenya initiative, implemented by SNV in partnership with Responsible Business Consulting, Kaizen Consultancy, Nakuru Box, Eldohub, Wisehub, and supported by GIZ, Expertise France, Enabel, and other Team Europe development partners.

Survival is just the baseline. Today at the 3rd Annual @KEPSA_KENYA SME Conference, the conversation shifted to "Building Smart & Resilient Businesses." It’s exactly the mindset shift we advocate for at EldoHub. Funding matters, but so do digital skills and market access.

Antonina Makoba of Makos Textile and Tailoring, representing Daystar Women Group, Tom Obote of Obote Mixed Farm, Faith Kinuthia of Afrostyled Crafts Centre designs and Constantine Jeptum Seroney of Josco Farm equips. In addition to this recognition, each winner receives a one-year Business Member Organisation membership, access to peer-learning circles and mentoring platforms, and media visibility through feature case study videos. Support will also continue for all 25 Uasin Gishu role model entrepreneurs through EldoHub, including training in AI and digital technologies, business certification, mentorship, peer learning, and access to additional programs.
