On a side note glenn has been another top performer in tampines before noh rahman departure. Scoring 6 goals & 1 assist in the season as well as 1 AFC2 goal.

If i were tampines i would look to focus on retaining the likes of Jacob, Trent, Shah & Hide. And of course like what @zhenming6 said. We need people who has energy. 🙂

The most stand out player so far in Tampines would be jacob & shah. These 2 kept the remaining season alive after the departure of Noh Rahman. We saw it multiple times how jacob crawled 1 back after the team on the back foot. Shah covering left right & centre running back.

@zhenming6 With all due respect I'm all for the right compensation but given the circumstances of the club in recent 6 months. I'm pretty sure it doesn't do great that they're enforcing the contract considering the environment is so toxic at the moment. 🙂

@electricDX Shah is contracted till December 2027 according to tampinesrovers.com/post/shah-shah… I guess the long contract was for situations where LCS comes calling (after how Shahdan left), so it's only right for compensation?

Adding on foreigners that doesn't seem to be of value add & playing like locals doesn't seem to help. Inconsistency & what kind of chairman is the type of players on the field.

What has the management team @ Tampines helped the Coaching team & Players maximized their potential this season? Answer is 0, all they did was suppressing the local players development & limiting the ability of players like shah, Glenn, Raoul, Joel, jacob & many more.
