MAJOR WIND BAG IN IOWA THIS EVENING! While the #tornado threat will be very low today, the Storm Prediction Center has added an enhanced risk for big straight-line winds including I-80 from Omaha to Des Moines! Storms will form by 3-4 pm near the Iowa/South Dakota border and expand into a squall line with mainly a damaging wind threat. This is ahead of #tornado outbreak potential on Sunday-Monday.

Late this afternoon through tonight, folks from the Iowa border down into northeast Kansas and Oklahoma need to watch the sky. We have a Level 3 risk in Iowa for 70 mph winds while Level 2 zones cover the rest of the corridor.

a week ago, my cousins 13yo son was experiencing debilitating issues which landed him in 3 ERs. unfortunately, they found a cancerous tumor & the last week it's been... a lot. several procedures (emergency 5 hour surgery) & testing. tomorrow is his first chemo treatment 🫶🏻🥺

he has a twin brother & little sister at home w/their dad, while my cousin (unable to work) has been w/him thankfully, it's been confirmed the tumor was localized & has NOT metastasized. 😭🤞🏻 alternating between one full week of treatments & one week off for the next 28 weeks

@botchedalism thank you. it's been so shitty this year, and shit is just SO unfair truthfully. my cousin & i were practically besties growing up (she's 2 years younger) and this is just horrible.

@SkrzSecurity my heart has been breaking for a week. we just buried our grandma the monday before last and on friday, she started dealing with this that doesn't include some other family medical issues she's had within her immediate family the last month. 😩

MULTI-DAY #TORNADO OUTBREAK POSSIBLE across the Central U.S. peaking Sunday-Monday! We have six days in a row of severe weather and tornado potential starting with a gorilla hail threat in central Kansas this evening, with the central and southern Plains to Upper Midwest having a full-blown #tornado outbreak Saturday evening through Tuesday morning. The risk areas from the Storm Prediction Center are color coded here by day. We are finalizing repairs on the Dominator 3 today for top tier tornado intercept mode. Stay tuned!
