I always use an inflatable toy, I squat down on it, trying to relax my entire pelvis, let my body weight fall on the plug slowly, once it’s in, inflate it and push it out hands free, it relaxes the muscle way more than pulling it out with your hand. Then insert it again and inflate it more, push it out. Repeat until I get to the size (or bigger) of the toy I want to use after. Sometimes if it takes me a little longer to relax and open up, I deflate the toy before inserting it a few times until I feel like I can push it in when it’s bigger. It’s way easier to get used to the size once it’s already in and on the way out rather than on the way in if that makes sense 😅 The toy I use is the bam bam from @elementaltoys it’s very sturdy and amazing quality. Be careful buying inflatables from other places coz they can easily pop
