👇👇👇👇 Gloria F. Turacchi Ascoltando Sky TG24, durante un’intervista al professor Vittorio Emanuele Parsi, mi sono fermata su una cosa che non può essere liquidata come una semplice opinione. Parliamo di un professore ordinario alla Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, quindi una persona che conosce perfettamente storia, diritto internazionale e dinamiche di potere. E proprio per questo ciò che dice non è neutro quando diventa incompleto. Nel suo intervento, Parsi ha impostato il discorso così: ___come possono Stati Uniti e Israele, potenze con capacità nucleari, impedire all’Iran di arrivare alla bomba, arrivando di fatto a trattarli come se fossero gli unici responsabili e, implicitamente, a descriverli in termini durissimi. Ma qui c’è una frattura. Perché questo ragionamento regge solo se si taglia via metà della realtà. Primo punto: il nucleare non è una fantasia. L’Agenzia Internazionale per l’Energia Atomica non dice affatto che il problema non esiste. Dice che l’Iran ha portato l’arricchimento a livelli molto elevati e, soprattutto, che i controlli sono sempre più limitati. Quindi il tema non è “non c’è nulla”. Il tema è: non sappiamo fino a dove si sta spingendo davvero. Secondo punto — ed è quello che Parsi evita completamente —l’Iran non è solo il nucleare. È un sistema che da decenni agisce attraverso proxy armati in tutta la regione: Libano, Gaza, Yemen. Non teoria, ma realtà operativa quotidiana. E soprattutto c’è un elemento simbolico e politico che non puoi ignorare. Nel 2017, a Teheran, è stato installato un enorme orologio digitale — il cosiddetto “conto alla rovescia” — che segna i giorni alla distruzione di Israele, basato su una dichiarazione del leader supremo Ali Khamenei secondo cui lo Stato ebraico non sarebbe esistito entro 25 anni . Non è propaganda marginale. È un messaggio politico pubblico, permanente, istituzionale. Un conto alla rovescia verso la distruzione di un altro Stato. E allora la risposta diventa inevitabile. “Professore, il problema non è la sua critica, ma ciò che sceglie di ignorare. Dire che Stati Uniti e Israele non possono opporsi al nucleare iraniano perché possiedono armi atomiche è una semplificazione. L’Agenzia Internazionale per l’Energia Atomica segnala arricchimento avanzato e controlli sempre più difficili. E questo da solo basterebbe a giustificare preoccupazione. Ma soprattutto, l’Iran non è solo un programma nucleare: è un sistema che da anni agisce tramite milizie armate in tutta la regione. E mentre tutto questo accade, a Teheran c’è un orologio che conta i giorni alla distruzione di Israele, sulla base di dichiarazioni ufficiali della leadership. Se questo viene tolto dal quadro, non si sta facendo analisi. Si sta scegliendo cosa raccontare e cosa no. E da un professore di Relazioni Internazionali, il minimo sindacale non è una lettura selettiva. È una lettura completa.
