@eevblog ElephantDrive does not have unlimited storage plans, but we are price competitively and not "just some dude in his garage." We have a global user base and is a consumer facing brand of CyberFortress. Please feel free to contact us through our support portal for more information.

Anyone used @elephantdrive ? $40/month for unlimited storage, and my Synology NAS has a plugin for it. I just need it to auotmatically backup my NAS box. Currently with Backblaze but it's getting too expensive.

@kevinnikkel Your emails included details which helped us fully understand your concerns. Your inquiries were escalated immediately and we felt a call/demo wasn't required. We will, as a courtesy, follow up with you to gather more information.

@elephantdrive It isn't baseless. I asked several times for a call and to do a demonstration. Zero response, crickets. I'd show it publicly, but there is personal info in my backup folders.

@elephantdrive Your service is greatly lacking. I have a ticket open since August 2023, and you keep closing it, and it's unacceptable. DM me someone from management.

@kevinnikkel We have kindly responded to each of your inquiries. Your concerns have been reviewed internally and determined to be unfounded and misleading. If security is your main concern, then we strongly suggest not sharing your Windows account access and to always log out of app sessions.

@elephantdrive You have a major vulnerability where any Windows user can delete ALL of the backups of ALL the computers, not just the computer it's signed into. No one will call or reply to my concerns.

@elephantdrive Are there issues with logging in? Both the site login and NAS Configure link give me an error saying "Invalid session information"....

@nickwebb60 We are aware some users are experiencing issues with logging into our web portals. Our engineers are currently working as fast as possible to fix the issue. (Some users achieved successful login after clearing browser cookies associated with "vault.elephantdrive.com.")

@WesternDigiCare Hello WD! Why Plex is not available anymore on MyCloud Home (and also ElephantDrive and the other app)? That's annoying, as it's the only solution you offer to stream content from the NAS.
