This picture of my girl popped up tonight and it hit me hard. Five years ago she was starting her 5th chemo treatment.
It was that same hospital stay when her child life specialist first told us about Inspiration4. The spark that became one of Liv’s biggest dreams come true.
Even on the hardest days, space gave her so much hope. She was the strongest and bravest girl I’ve ever known. 💕

为什么 IPO 期间官方完全没提 Asteroid？
主要有4个原因：
1. 时间太近，IPO是严肃资本事件，必须专注硬核业务（星链、星舰、火星等）。
2. 要给华尔街讲“赚钱故事”，Asteroid 是情感符号，不是业务。
3. SEC 监管严格，招股书不能卖萌。
4. 马斯克风格：资本场合讲技术，社交场合讲情怀。

马斯克大概率会在发射直播、X平台、发布会，以及纪念 Liv 的慈善活动里频繁提到 Asteroid，用来温暖品牌。
但在财报电话会和正式文件中基本不会出现。

With a full heart and tears in my eyes, I’m so proud to announce the launch of Liv's Stargrace Foundation. 💫
My beautiful daughter Liv Perrotto fought so bravely against pediatric cancer. She faced everything with incredible courage, deep faith, and a magical love for the stars. Her smile could light up the darkest nights, and even in her hardest moments, she dreamed about space and heaven. Though she’s no longer here with us, her light never went out — it only grew brighter.
In honor of my sweet girl, we have officially established Liv's Stargrace Foundation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our EIN has been approved by the IRS, and we are now able to accept donations via The Giving Block. Our website is still under construction, but you can follow our journey and support the mission here:

This foundation will help other families fighting pediatric cancer, inspire children to reach for the stars, and share the Christian faith that meant everything to Liv. Every family supported, every child encouraged, every prayer lifted… it’s all for her.
