Vgen artists: (Or comm artists in general) How many commission slots do you take in one go? I'm getting a whole ton of people interested in my work but i'm scared to take on too much at once..!!

@ThatoneJosie @Moody_c_Moons It would be considered professional work rather than the odd freelance job. You don't want to charge the same amount for someone that plans to have full copyright of your work. And these charges aren't put on you *after* you've sent the request, there's no scam.

@Moody_c_Moons @ThatoneJosie It's a default option on the website for a reason... All sorts of products can be sold with licenses and It's *really* important to have a paper trail for these things... Like, for legal reasons? 😭

@elfens_ Depends on "what" the art even was. Might be better to let it go, just like with your ex. Or if nothing about it is meant to be personal beyond it just being meant for someone else, then I don't think it would be a problem to keep it. It's your art after all.

@ThatoneJosie I feel like these posts do way more harm than good, please don’t put people off of commissioning artists just because you can’t personally afford something .. at the end of the day it’s a luxury.

@ThatoneJosie I mean.. I order these things all the time for personal use, I’d hate to have to spend more for a license that I’m just.. not ever gonna use just because people don’t want to spend 2 seconds opening a listing to check?! 😭
