after hosting 5 episodes of the founder spotlight
here is what i’ve found out
- you can decide to remain a consumer waiting for the next shinning thing to hop on
or instead decide to contribute to this industry by solving a problem and providing value. It’s a choice we all have to make.
- building is not easy but having the right team and support around you goes a long way in helping you realize your goals.
- understanding the business model behind what you are building would save you unnecessary troubles
business runs on cashflow, if this is not something you have on lock, then progress becomes impossible.
- when building a community, being present as a founder in the chats would bring you closer to understand what people want and also builds trust.
- be open to suggestions, but don’t let people deter you from the vision you have for what you are building.
- having capable team members is a leverage to save time, so choose them wisely.
Listening to founders and understanding what they are building and their motivation for building has been insightful for me
but I’m improving this sessions going forward, stick around there is much more coming !!
