@NathanMadden98 Both of you guys, @NathanMadden98 @realAlexKolodin , you're completely missing Article 2, Section 9 of the Arizona Constitution. The lack of litigation makes this prime for a lawsuit. (see the lack of caselaw notes on Nexis Uni)

You are free to refute the special privileged immunity for Government officials at any time sir.
Their separated classification makes them a separate class of citizen. Were I to try and enforce this under citizen's arrest authority, I would not be afforded civil immunity.

@NathanMadden98 Re-read your post real slowly, then hit delete Section 13. No law shall be enacted granting to any *citizen,* class of *citizens,* or corporation other than municipal, privileges or immunities which, upon the same terms, shall not equally belong to all citizens or corporations.
