@elimSnr Some players still reject instructio, avoid sacrifice, or no sustain standards outside training. So yes, grassroots coaches need more education, structure and support. But player responsibility still remains. The problem truly complex, na why many talents no cross over.

@Brazeallian Aside the system part and the discipline part, everything you mentioned is COACHING. Even to some extent, DISCIPLINE is still down to the coach. This proves that grassroots coaches need a lot of education and workshops (system failure). The problem is complex 😑

@elimSnr Sometimes na the player, sometimes na coaching, sometimes na environment. Some get talent but no discipline. Some no dey coachable. Some no fit handle intensity, pressure, consistency or tactical demands of pro football. E still get some wey na system fail them.

@Ayoelesho Not everybody moves like that. I also communicate more effectively when I type than when I speak. I'm not a confrontational person and people tend to get away with their actions because I don't confront them and then, I realized that I express myself better when I type.
