Some people only show up when there's an ambassador program or rewards to farm. The people who get noticed are usually the ones who were already contributing before the announcement. 6. Study the founders you want to work with. Every founder moves differently. Pay attention to what they value, the kind of content they engage with, and the people they keep around.
