Our #CISCO students are building strong foundations in computer hardware, demonstrating growing confidence and technical understanding. Through the program, they are gaining practical ICT skills that prepare them for future opportunities in the digital world. #DigitalSkills

Our Elimu Familia Stawi green wall showcases sustainable urban farming through vertical gardens made from recycled bottles and storey farming with polythene. With drip irrigation supporting water efficiency, families learn practical ways to grow vegetables even in limited spaces.

Our Digitech instructor Stahl led a Cisco training session on the key internal parts of a computer, helping students understand how computer hardware works. With 30 students enrolled, the program continues to build essential digital and technical skills for the future. #CISCO

At our EFS session in Takaye, caregivers learned how to make mabuyu, with some planning to start selling them locally. A great step toward building new skills and income opportunities. Children enjoyed creative arts. At the end of the session there were smiles all around!

During our Elimu Familia Stawi (EFS) session, caregivers learned how to track children’s growth & developmental milestones from speech & movement to learning and social skills. We continue to guide families on when and where to seek support for better outcomes. #EFS

Upcycling is about turning discarded materials into higher-value products instead of letting them go to waste. At our Artisan Maker’s Space, fabric off-cuts become pillows, bags, notebook covers, and dresses handcrafted with skill and purpose.

Through our partnership with Eco Fashion Week Africa, our Elimu girls are learning upcycling at the Artisan Maker Space, turning fabric off-cuts into opportunity. Local tailors now set aside waste for reuse instead of landfills.

EFS in Takaye & Kajajini: with support from the County Nutritionist, we conducted food & nutrition assessments to help caregivers identify gaps and make informed choices for healthier children and stronger families.
