@catpotwine @ScottJenningsKY First AOC and Bernie Sanders do not represent all of us. Unlike the right, we are not a monolithic. There are definitely some wealthy folks that are scumbags, and when the tax rates were higher, there were plenty of rich people.

Dems don't hate the wealthy in private, but AOC Scamdani and the like dump on rich people in public to inspire Luigis and Coles and their ilk. Bezos pays low taxes because his wealth is in unrealized stocks.

There is a dark undercurrent of rage and violence emerging within with the far-left "tax the rich" movement. Luigi Mangione isn't the only example of this. The Democrats are playing with fire, and unfortunately a lot of people have already been burned.

Trump does not grift off taxpayers. Prove me wrong. You can’t. He doesn’t even take a salary! He is what politicians are supposed to be: successful business people who have reached a level of comfort and can afford to serve. The majority in Congress have made it a lifelong career, and they steal from us like they breathe.
