@4ngelgutting you could ask your therapist if they can recommend you to a psychiatrist or talk to your parents about going to one, that’s what my therapist did

how to ask for a proper diagnosis for anything? I’ve been undiagnosed my whole life and I know something’s wrong. My therapist is sure I have OCD but I don’t want to take her word for it. I’ve asked numerous times but I’ve gotten no help.
