HAPPENING NOW: Bruce Douglas Hatfield, 60, of Yarmouth, N.S. , is being sentenced in Halifax Supreme Court for sexually assaulting his daughter’s 14-year-old friend in 2010. The Crown is recommending 10-12 years in federal custody.
