how do people retain information from self-help books??? i tried reading atomic habits to learn something but i forgot all the information 5 minutes after i stopped reading

ive been binge watching gilmore girls and its such a nice series

used to read 4-8 books per month now i cant even finish a book in a month 😭😭😭😭😭
