@laundrapp You did NOT give me a chance to say no to the amended charges. THAT is not good business. Customers are not given the option to opt out of the charges. I do not agree with the way your business is run. This is not a good practice #badcustomerservice

HORRIBLE and the worst customer service I've ever experienced @laundrapp ! DO NOT use this service. Charged me £4.5 for washing small towel and £5 for hand towels. They did NOT ask for my permission and amended my bill. I refuse the charges and they still charged me #badservice

@flynorwegian @FlyNorwegianNO HORRIBLE service in NYC.. my flight is delayed for 3.5 hours and now I'm going to miss my nxt flight to Madrid. Extremely unhelpful staff with no comments except telling me they can't do anything and just ignored me.
