Today we had the opportunity to share our Action Research which we have been working on throughout the semester. We focused on implementing multi-sensory strategies into the classroom to target an area of need for our students! What a great opportunity! @JanemMarlin

As I review my action research project, I am so glad I was able to see first hand how important it is to use data driven instruction! Made the world of difference as I went through this project and wish I would’ve used it more early on! @drscarbs25 #studentlearning

Loving this chapter as I prep to lead my book study next week! Seeing so much of the author’s points playing out in my kindergarten class at Avondale! My teacher is so good at not doing the “factory model of education” and allowing students to be creative and interactive! @DrLizi

@ellenkconley and I were able to join the other kindergarten teachers at Avondale Elementary School for a Zoom LETRS training! I am thankful for this professional development opportunity as I was provided helpful resources in teaching reading! @DrLizi

Learned a lot about the Binder Control strategy from TLAC when doing my classroom management project. Definitely a strategy I wish more of my teachers had used on me in elementary school! Can’t wait to use this in my classroom! #improvingyourpractice @drscarbs25
