@Delta flight from LAX to PDX cancelled. No gate agents. On hold w customer service over 1.5hrs w no answer. In queue at agent assist counter that stretches 4+hrs. I know @Delta can do better. Pls get us home!

Day 10 since @AirCanada lost our 4 bags at @yvrairport en route to Portland, OR. 1 bag found after a week. 2 bags "may be in Salzburg, Austria" and 1 "may be in Stockholm, Sweden." @AirCanada agent says they "honestly have no idea" where they are but advises we "stay hopeful."
