Is it just me or is it crazy that our bodies just shut down for 8 hours every night (or however long you sleep)? Like our bodies genuinely need to recharge themselves like we’re robots or something, or at the very least not the super humans that we think we are so often.

@alissamarie I have had the great honor of having Professor Wilkinson twice at King’s. She sets up students for success to analyze the world. What do people love? That makes up desires, habits, and institutions. Her influence will prolong King’s, but her good work is not done yet.
