Football is so corrupt & we are so numb to it it's easy to forget that Manchester City, the sportswashing play thing of Abu Dhabi, were charged with 115 (now 130) alleged breaches of financial regulations 1,039 days ago.
This includes secret payments to players & managers, cooking the books with inaccurate financial reporting, breaching FFP & PSR & doing everything in their power to cooperate with authorities to avoid punishment.
It is a disgrace & a stain on the game.
