📢HE’S BACK…💛💙 Solihull Moors are delighted to announce that James Clarke has signed a new deal keeping the defender at the club for the upcoming season. Since his arrival at Moors initially on loan from Mansfield Town in 2021 the player has gone on to make over 150 appearances in the yellow and blue. His consistency on the pitch has been integral to the club reaching the National League play off final twice during his time in a Moors shirt. His dedication and passion for the club has firmly cemented his position as a fans favourite. James' loyalty and dedication is not just evident on the pitch, however. His continued commitment and support for the club's foundation and local community shows that as a player he really understands and core values and ethos of our club. Everyone at Moors is delighted that we have secured his services for another year. Head Coach Matt Taylor said: "From the first day I arrived I could see how much James meant to this club. He sets the standard every day in training and his professionalism plays a huge part in helping build the culture and environment that we strive for as coaches. Not only is he a talented player but an outstanding teammate and the type of character we want at this football club. We as a group of staff have always wanted Clarkey to be part of the squad for the upcoming season and we are delighted he has committed to the club. James told us: “I can’t wait to get started again. This is a special club for me and everyone has made me feel so at home. The fans have been incredible and I want to repay them with the success they deserve. I’m ambitious, like everyone else in that dressing room, and we have added some really good players this summer so it’s an exciting time for everyone involved and I’m happy to be able to play my part in trying to move the club forward.” 📩Want to sponsor James for the new season?
