@yacobg42 Blindsight by Peter Watts has a couple really great things going for it. It’s a sci-fi first contact story, with some really interesting ideas about consciousness and personhood, but also as a treat it has a scientific explanation for vampires

@Psythor Actual advice for truly high risk individuals:
* Use a password manager
* With two factor enabled
* With a hardware key
* Enable your phone OS's advanced security (and worse usability) more
* Two factor everywhere possible
* Enable Google Advanced Protection Program or similar

I feel like a "high risk" individual should be using a completely random password stored in a password manager, and ideally a hardware key for multi-factor authentication. Not relying on three memorable words...
