Advice if you're building a SaaS in 2026:
1. Offer Google login.
2. Forget free trials, charge from day 1.
3. 80% marketing, 20% product.
4. Market shamelessly.
5. Keep only essential features in MVP.
6. Use your own product often.
7. Talk to your users.
8. Retention is more important.
9. Price based on value, not competition.
10. Landing page should be credible.
11. Respect the unsubscribers.
12. Don’t stop at $10K if $100K is possible.
13. Move on if your product fails.
Most don't fail because of bad ideas.
They fail because they give up...
