@ellycope At conferences, I always note how representatives from suppliers and content providers react to questions about metadata and discoverability - particularly those that look alarmed 😬

Some days I think my colleagues must get fed up of me mentioning #metadata in every meeting I go to... but I'm not shoehorning it into the conversation, it is relevant to what we are talking about because #metadatamatters to everything #libraries do and are!

The conference reminder I have to give every time. It isn’t acceptable to take time from scheduled breaks in conferences, especially when equity and inclusion have been referenced. There has to be time to move between sessions and to allow visits to toilets. #THEdigitalUK
