These full body workouts been wrecking me but I loooove them! I used to struggle with three full pushups and here I was doing nine feeling fine!

Thought about giving up two sets into today’s leg day, but pushed through the next hour and a half… absolutely worth it!

If I were ever in Love Island my poetic cancer ass would be ruined in the first few episodes 😆😆 but my sag rising would for sure make sure I had a blast while at it 🤭

Wrote this poem first in 2019, and the piece was finalized in 2022. Read it again recently and man did that transport me to those two eras. I’m so glad I’m out of them, but I’m happy the guy felt what he needed to feel and grow from.
